FUENTESECA RESERVA EXTRA AÑEJO 15 AÑOS: 25% destilado en Alambique de cobre y 75% destilado en doble columna también de cobre. Después de la mezcla de los destilados el 97% de la mezcla se añejo en barricas de Roble Americano, de las cuales un 75 % añejó previamente whisky Canadiense de centeno y el 25% vino tinto Californiano, el restante 3% de la mezcla se añejo en barricas Europeas de roble oscuro que añejaron previamente vino tinto Californiano. Las barricas permanecieron por 15 años en cava en la ciudad de Atotonilco el Alto, a 1400 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
FUENTESECA TEQUILA 15 YEAR (43% ABV) The highland agave used in this lot were harvested in Atotonilco in the Spring of 1998. The distillate was aged 15 years in a dry, earthen-floor aging room where a delightful faint sweetness was achieved by aging nearly all in American white oak, with only 3% laid into French Oak. 75% of the white oak casks previously held Bourbon and the remaining 25% were California red wine casks and one Chardonnay cask.
